1. Where does ShopIzzo ship?

We currently ship within the USA only.


2. Is shipping free?

Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the USA.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 5-8 business days to arrive after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and payments through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.


5. Can I return an item?

Yes! We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Visit our Returns Policy page for details.


6. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  to track your package in real-time.


8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us at contact@shopizzo.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly resolve the issue.


9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
